【摘要】 目的 比较复方丹参注射液加泼尼松与单纯使用泼尼松治疗风湿性多肌痛的疗效。方法 风湿性多肌痛(除外巨细胞动脉炎)患者58例，随机分为2组，复方丹参注射液组29例、对照组(激素组)29例，治疗10周。结果 总有效率分别为复方丹参注射液组93.10%、对照组65.52%。复方丹参注射液组在风湿性多肌痛活动性评分与对照组差异有显著性。结论 复方丹参注射液有助于缩短治疗风湿性多肌痛的疗程，疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of CSI plus prednisone and prednisone alone in patients with polymyalgia rheumatica.Methods 58 PMR patients (except GCA) were randomly divided into 2 groups(30 in CSI group, 30 in control group(Prednisone alone),course of treatment was 10 weeks.Results Total efficacy rate is: 93.10% in CSI group, 65.52%in control group. There was significant difference between two groups in PMR-AS.Conclusion CSI is contributed to reduce the treatment course of PMR, the efficacy of CSI in the treatment of PMR is significant.
